Getting Started

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is located at 4790 W. 16th St., Indianapolis, IN 46222.

Ticket Office

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office is located within the Administration Building at 4790 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222, just east of the roundabout at Crawfordsville Road and 16th Street.

Credential Office

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Credential Office is located within the Administration Building at 4790 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222, just east of the roundabout at Crawfordsville Road and 16th Street.

IMS Museum

The IMS Museum is located at 4750 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46222, inside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The entrance is located at Gate 2 on the north side of 16th Street.

Directions for Lot 1A, Lot 1B and Lot 1C

• FROM I-465
  • Use Exit 17 (38th St) and proceed East on 38th St, turn south (right) onto Moller Rd, turn east (left) onto 30th St to lot entrances:
    • Lot 1A: Continue East on 30th St to Georgetown Rd, turn south (right) onto Georgetown Rd to the Lot 1A entrance on the right.
    • Lot 1B: Continue East on 30th St. Lot entrances are on 30th St & Georgetown Rd.
    • Lot 1C: Continue east on 30th St. Lot entrances are on the right.
    • Lot 4: Continue east on 30th St. to Georgetown Rd, turn south (right) onto Georgetown Rd to Lot 4 entrance on the left.
    • North 40: continue east on 30th St. Cross Georgetown Rd, lot entrance on the right.
• FROM SOUTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 121 (Lafayette Road) and proceed southeast on Lafayette Road. Turn south (right) onto Georgetown Road across from Lafayette Square Mall, continue south on Georgetown Road, to the intersection of 30th Street and Georgetown Road:
    • Lot 1A: Continue south on Georgetown Road to the Lot 1A entrance.
    • Lot 1B: Continue south on Georgetown Road to the Lot 1B entrance on the right.
    • Lot 1C: Turn west (right) on 30th Street, the Lot 1C entrance is on the left.
    • Lot 4: Continue south on Georgetown Rd, to Lot 4 entrance on the left.
    • North 40: Turn east (left) on 30th Street, the lot entrance is on the right.
• FROM NORTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 119 (38th Street) and proceed to the Kessler Boulevard Exit. Turn south (right) on Kessler Boulevard, turn west (right) onto 30th Street, proceed to the intersection of 30th Street and Georgetown Road:
    • Lot 1A: Turn south (left) onto Georgetown Road, the Lot 1A entrance is on the right.
    • Lot 1B: Turn south (left) onto Georgetown Road, the Lot 1B entrance is on the right.
    • Lot 1C: Continue west on 30th Street past Georgetown Road, the Lot 1C entrance is on the left.
    • Lot 4: Turn south on Georgetown Rd, the Lot 4 entrance is on the left.
    • North 40: Lot entrance is on the left before you approach the intersection of 30th St and Georgetown Rd.
• FROM EASTBOUND I-70
  • Use Exit 69 (I-465 North/I-74 West) and follow I-465 directions above.
• FROM WESTBOUND I-70
  • Use Exit 83B (I-65 North) and follow I-65 directions above.

Directions for Lot 4, 4A, Gate 9A Bus Parking

• FROM I-465
  • Use Exit 17 (38th Street) and proceed east (turn right from northbound, turn left from southbound) on 38th Street, turn south (right) on Moller Road, turn east (left) on 30th Street, turn south (right) on Georgetown Road to the lot entrances on the left:
    • Lot 4: The entrance is past Gate 9A across from Lot 1A.
    • Lot 4A: The entrance is across from Lot 1B just before Gate 9A.
    • Gate 9A Bus Parking: Enter Gate 9A, Guest Services staff will direct guests to Gate 9A Bus Parking.
• FROM SOUTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 121 (Lafayette Road) and proceed southeast on Lafayette Road. Turn south (right) onto Georgetown Road across from Lafayette Square Mall, continue south on Georgetown Road, the lot entrances are past the intersection at 30th Street on the left:
    • Lot 4: The entrance is past Gate 9A across from Lot 1A.
    • Lot 4A: The entrance is across from Lot 1B just before Gate 9A.
    • Gate 9A Bus Parking: Enter Gate 9A, Guest Services staff will direct guests to Gate 9A Bus Parking.
• FROM NORTHBOUND I-65

  • Eastbound on 30th Street towards Downtown Indianapolis and I-65.

  • Northbound on Georgetown Road towards 38th Street and I-65 or eastbound on 30th Street towards Dowtown Indianapolis.

West Parking Zone

Directions for Lot 2, Lot 5 and Lot 9

• FROM I-465
  • Use Exit 16A (US 136 West/Crawfordsville Road) and proceed east on Crawfordsville Rd.
  • Lot 2: Turn north (left) onto Winton Ave. Turn east (right) onto 20th St. The Lot 2 entrance will be straight ahead.
  • Lot 5: Follow the same directions as Lot 2. Guests with Lot 5 camping passes enter Lot 5 via Lot 2.
  • Lot 6, 6A, and Hulman Lot: Turn north (left) onto Lynhurst Dr. Turn east (right) onto 25th St. Turn south (right) onto Meyers Ave. Meyers Ave will dead-end into Lot 6.
  • Lot 6A: Follow the same directions as Lot 6. Guests with Lot 6A parking passes will enter via Lot 6.
  • Hulman Lot: Follow the same directions as Lot 6. Guests with Lot Hulman Lot parking passes will enter Hulman Lot via Lot 6.
  • Parcel B: Circle the round-about and head back west. The entrance to Parcel B will immediately be on your right.
• FROM SOUTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 123 (I-465 South).
  • Follow I-465 directions above.
• FROM NORTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 106 (I-465/I-74 West), stay left while exiting and continue west on I-465 loop (turns into I-465 North).
  • Follow I-465 directions above.
• FROM I-70
  • WEST OF INDIANAPOLIS (TRAVELING EASTBOUND): Use Exit 69 (I-465 North/I-74 West) and follow I-465 directions above.
  • EAST OF INDIANAPOLIS (TRAVELING WESTBOUND): Use Exit 90 (I-465 South) and continue south on I-465 loop (turns into I-465 North), follow I-465 directions above.
• LOT 2 PLATFORM INFORMATION
  • Lot 2 Platform parking is located within Lot 2.
  • After parking each guest should enter Gate 6. Guest Services staff is available for assistance, if needed.

  • Northbound on Georgetown Road towards 38th Street and I-65.

  • Westbound on Crawfordsville Road to southbound on Lynhurst Drive.

South Parking Zone

Directions for Lot 3G, Lot 3P, Main Gate, and Gate 1 Lot (Parcel B)

• FROM I-465
  • Use Exit 14 (10th St) and proceed east on 10th St. Turn north (left) onto Lynhurst Dr. to Crawfordsville Rd. Turn east (right) onto Crawfordsville Rd and proceed through the round-about and head east on 16th St.
  • Lot 3G: Entrance on the right after the 2nd stop light from the round-about.
  • Lot 3P: Lot entrance (Brickyard Plaza) is the 2nd stop light after the round-about.
  • Main Gate: Lot entrance is immediately on the right after the round-about.
  • Gate 1 Lot (Parcel B): Go completely around the round-about to head back west on Crawfordsville Rd. Parcel B entrance will immediately be on the right.
• FROM SOUTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 123 (I-465 South).
  • Follow I-465 directions above.
• FROM NORTHBOUND I-65
  • Use Exit 106 (I-465/I-74 West), stay left while exiting and continue west on I-465 loop (turns into I-465 North).

  • Use Exit 110B (I-70 West)
  • Once on I-70 West, use exit 79A (West St). Turn north (right) onto West St. Continue northbound on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. Turn west (left) onto 16th St
  • Lot 3G & 3P: Entrance is on the left after the Olin Ave stoplight.
  • Main Gate: Entrance is on the left just after the intersection of Polco St
  • Gate 1 Lot (Parcel B): Continue through the round-about onto Crawfordsville Rd. Parcel B entrance will immediately be on the right.
• FROM I-70
  • Use Exit 79A (South West Street), proceed north (turn right from westbound).
  • Turn left from eastbound) on South Missouri Street, continue north through downtown, continue to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street.
  • Turn left onto 16th Street, use the left lane after North Somerset Avenue, the entrance is on the left.
• FROM DOWNTOWN INDIANAPOLIS
  • Head west on 16th St
  • Lot 3G & 3P: Entrance is on the left after the Olin Ave stoplight.
  • Main Gate: Entrance is on the left just after the intersection of Polco St
  • Gate 1 Lot (Parcel B): Continue through the round-about onto Crawfordsville Rd. Parcel B entrance will immediately be on the right.

  • Eastbound on 16th Street towards Downtown Indianapolis and I-65.
